Disable File Types or Blacklist websites

I love using the plugin for viewing raw files on github, but I prefer another syntax highlighter for raw json. I'd love to use them in tandem, but would need to be able to disable json, or prevent the plugin from running on specified websites.

Issue #85 seems more related to ignoring specific file types with this plugin. I'm really in need of blacklisting this plugin from a set of specified sites, as it's causing some real issues with a particular site I frequent.

I'll see if I can hack something together that implements per site blacklisting on my own, and maybe we can go from there...

Hi all, I saw the PR to add the option to disable certain languages, but it has been removed from the current version. Is there any plans to enable this feature again?
