Traceback on ubuntu-server because aplay is not installed

I should have done this first :/ but per LP:1935070 on systems where alsa-utils is not installed, u-d throws a traceback when it calls aplay with a FileNotFoundError.

https://github.com/tseliot/ubuntu-drivers-common/pull/77 is to deal with this by adding some error handling for that traceback.
