Not reporting a problem, just a comment, but perhaps someone might have a better way of going about this:

Regarding the vow: "wish you a life free of homopolymer errors" at the end of a run. In Catching Exceptions.

Ive found myself deploying runs multiple runs through a manager (python). Besides checking for requested output presence and size, i check stderr for errors when deploying software. Ive found that many software output logs to stderr so i thought to parse these for the string "error" in lower case.

this resulted in stopped execution of my runs after snippy deployed. Ive added a specific filter, but am wondering if this could be changed. or if someone could suggest a better way?
