minfrac

I've run it on Galaxy server using Minumum proportion for variant evidence with 0.9 or with 0.05 and as expected I got more snps using 0.05. However, after installation of snippy in my linux machine when I run the command line for the same data, using either --minfrac 0.9, or --minfrac 0.05, or even without --minfrac in the command line, I always get exactly the same output. What do you think is the problem? Thank you
