Question using --peil in snippy-multi
Hi, just a quick question. I used snippy-multi to generate my script but because I only supplied the one fastq, it automatically added --se . In fact, these are paired end interleaved, is there a way to note that the script should read --peil somehow? I've been using sed to replace but wondered if there was a more straightforward way. Thanks!
