Hello all,

can someone tell me more about the filters which snippy/freebayes use please? We have to do a SNP call without utilize SNPs in these regions: repetitive sequences and RNAs. The SNPs should have at least 8 bp distance to each other as well. Does snippy/freebayes consider these SNP filters described above in the default settings? Thanks.
