Option for Zero Coverage Symbol

Hi! it would be great to have an option to set the zero coverage symbol at execution to easily distinguish between uncovered regions and genuine deletions. Of course, we can easily do that in the perl script, but as we use Snippy from conda within Snakemake pipelines, this simple command line option would make life much easier.
