'is not a readable non-empty FASTA file'

Hi,

I am trying to run prokka from the docker image, and keep encountering the error that my input '* is not a readable non-empty FASTA file'. The files I have tested are non empty, readable, and in the fasta format, but I tested the plasmid.fna included in the repo just to be sure, and encountered the same issue.
