Aragorn blocking installation and table2asn

I've been having some trouble with prokka

1. I couldn't get either brew or conda installs to work due to Aragorn server being down, but no probs, I've installed via github.
2. I'm now having the same issue mentioned in #666 #669 #678 ; regarding the tbl2asn > table2asn upgrade

I have read through all relevant issues, I cannot seem to find a solution for the table2asn problem. I have downloaded tbl2asn from prokka/binaries, and from the ncbi website, renamed and replaced them in the appropriate local folder, made executable via chmod +x. None of the copies work. I have tried the same thing with the table2asn version with no luck.

Is there anything else to try, or is it just a matter of waiting for prokka to be updated to account for the new table2asn version?

Does anyone know if prokka is still being maintained at all?? At this point I'm trying to figure out whether to persist with prokka or just try a different annotation tool.

Any advice welcome, TIA
