tbl2asn is no longer available, table2asn is now the alternative of it. but there is no update on prokka about it till yet

Since the development, NCBI libraries was updating 'tbl2asn' and then they changed the library name to 'table2asn'. It is been so long since prokka has been updated and there is no support for table2asn till yet. The only Linux version is supported for that is 20.04.

Anyone knows if there is any progress on prokka update?
