Using amino acid fasta files as input

Hello, Is there a possibility to input fasta files with aminoacids as input rather than DNA sequences? Technically to eliminate the step of using Prodigal as I already have my genomes translated.

Please do let me know or direct me to the issue if a similar query was asked and answered.
