Space missing in GenBank annotation file

Dear @tseemann,

I have spotted what I think could be a small bug in the output .gbk file from Prokka. I noticed the contig names were not matching those of the input sequences and I realised it seems to be because there is a space missing between the contig name and the sequence length, so that the contig names becomes longer.

For example, for the contig w.thymelicus_acteon.SP_TA_344_1, with length 664073bp, the first line of the file was:

LOCUS       w.thymelicus_acteon.SP_TA_344_1664073 bp   DNA linear

Instead of:

LOCUS       w.thymelicus_acteon.SP_TA_344_1 664073 bp   DNA linear
