tbl2asn disable by default

Regarding to #65 and #386 PR I would like to propose to disable tbl2asn by default. It does not check tbl2asn at start, It resolves expiring issues. Anyone can still run tbl2asn by adding flag to running parameters when needed. What do you think ?

Hi, do you have any plans about this? We would be very much interested in an option to disable tbl2asn.
