Update Yersinia McNally scheme

Hi @tseemann, I updated the MLST DB with Enterobase Yersinia McNally scheme data downloaded yesterday. Because some times the Achtman scheme (ypseudotuberculosis) overrides McNally scheme and people might be interested in having the result for McNally scheme in auto-detection mode, I did the same but removed the ypseudotuberculosis scheme. I attached both DBs here in case you want to use them to update the repository DB. Cheers, Miguel

@miguelpmachado is it in PubMLST ?

Hi @tseemann, Both schemas are in PubMLST (McNally as Yersinia spp., and Achtman as Yersinia pseudotuberculosis), however the last update was in 2015. So I used Enterobase DB to update Yersinia McNally scheme and kept it as yersinia in the MLST DB.

May i know why this yersina spp, McNally scheme was removed from the updated mlst schemes?
