Problem in finding match in version beyond 0.9 of Galaxy

I am facing proble in finding the Antibiotics resistance gene from sample.

As I have installed version 0.8 from galaxy repository. Which showing results with the database available in it.

Where as after upgrading to version above 0.8 showing not significant matches for the same input file as well.

Kindly guide to set the coverage or some advance parameters for this.
