Serotypefinder inactive

The database Serotypefinder is already implemented in the abricate-get_db but yet not activated in Line 36

#  'serotypefinder'    => \&get_serotypefinder,

I would really appreciate to activate the database by default. Serotypefinder is great and has solved some mistakes present in ECOH.

@MichWeb75 can you elaborate on the mistakes?

I will look into why it is not activated. Torsten may have a specific reason.
