abricate only gives top hit for gene

In the output, only the top blast hit is shown. For some genes eg. blaTEM, if both TEM-1 and TEM-45 were present in a genome, only TEM-1 would be reported. However, the activity and clinical significance of the two beta-lactamases is different.
