Support for private projects

Like Hoogle does, it'd be great to support searching local repositories (for personal projects or companies).

This maybe could be done by providing a CLI for extracting as well as a Docker image to host the server instance on premise.

This would also require some more advanced configuration and a way to update the type index on those instances (pull/push based?).
