Add deploy progress bar

I'd like to see deploy progress bar while my build is deploying because it can take a while and you don't get any messages till it finished deploying. If it is deploying too long, you get worried and think does it work or not? When I tried to deploy on GitHub Pages via this package first time, I thought it didn't work because I didn't get any messages and always stopped the process.

If not a progress bar, it would be great to at least have the logs generated by the git CLI while pushing.

Would love this as well, deploying Gatsby websites per example can sometimes take a while
