Raspberry pi 4-Retropie.

All the SDl already installed, building from sources, I've got this error, what I missing ?

what version of opengl does the pie support

The Raspbery Pi 4 supports OpenGL 2.1, OpenGL ES 3.1 and Vulkan 1.2
