can't use same buttons for h-pattern and sequential shifter

A lot of people use the same shifter for h-pattern and sequential.

Now if you have gear 1-4 mapped to the shifter and for sequential you have gear 3 and 4 (or others) also mapped, shifting will not work correctly.
