Help with Sinden lightgun

I copied the controll settings from ponmi for the light gun to work It works and aims fine. Though I have few issues.

1. It only works on windowed mode. If I switch to full screen, gun becomes non-responsive and only mouse works. Only reload buttons work from the light gun. But if I press the trigger in full screen, it does not shoot. On game setup, eg Lost World in gun calibration it says gun is out of screen in full screen. While on full screen, gun works on stage selection, though without any stability like in windowed mode. But while in game action, it becomes impossible to aim and shoot. Trigger is not heard. Only mouse works Gun in setup is set in mouse mode.

2. Is there a way to disable completely the mouse cursor both in window and full screen mode while playing the game? In full screen it disappears, but not in window mode with black bar
