In this ticket, we'll modify the view to receive data from the Rails marker location cache instead of a static list of coordinates.

HERE Maps has logic to log events as they occur; we could use that information to help debug when problems exist

Once the static map is implemented, we should change the map controller code to receive a list of coordinates and place markers on the map.
