Fix can't dev on PearAI using Notarized PearAI

Context

We notarize PearAI on Mac so that people don't have to allow running the app in System Preferences

However, if we run pearai-submodule on the notarized PearAI, it doesnt work because of the code signatures. Screenshot comig soon, but feel free to try it.

It only works on the un-notarized version of PearAI

We need to figure out a way for people to be able to develop on PearAI using the standard downloadable PearAI
