Use Uber's Kepler to visualize other datasets atop our transit data

Uber Kepler is an open-source tool to let you visualize geospatial data. We can use it to mash up our transit data with, say, Census or other economic data. We need to figure out how to use it, of course, but there's a lot of potential.
