Source files for logo/favicon should be in repo

It appears that only the rendered .png files have been shared. In order to enable people to make changes to the logo or favicon in the future, the source files (ideally SVG) should be committed to the repo.

Sonal created the logo, but she is not on GitHub. I let her know about this issue and your PR via Slack.
