Maps: show locations of bus lanes

It's possible (for SF, at least) to plot all the bus lane locations on our maps using this data:

As an overlay this makes the most sense where we are showing speeds, which is currently the map of stops.

We don't know of anything similar for other agencies yet.

Even if it's not transferable to other agencies, it would be a cool proof of concept to try this feature for the Muni. Would this be just another geojson layer?
