To allow users to customise the SponsorBlock settings and choose what segments to auto skip, what ones to manual skip, etc would be terrific. Just like the browser extension

Custom themes seem to work now in 4.0

This is not needed. I tested this with the latest version of Playnite and I find fullscreen mode is not slow, nor is switching between display modes.
