show status while downloading idea from jetbrains servers

unfortunately, jetbrains servers is pretty slow, and downloading next eap takes a while (about 15-30 min) until download is completed, there is only one line "Downloading versin xxx".

If you want, feel free to add a "verbose" option that doesn't pass -q to wget to get wget's progress bar. I'm not going to take the time to do it as I run it through cron.
