Yeah, that is just inserting multiple cursor and works regardless of keyboard language, but does not really help you if you already have multiple selections that you want to comment...
I agree. That should be simple to implement and give all those an easy alternative that cannot use the primary shortcut.
Have the same issue in mobile Chrome (as well as mobile Firefox). Works in Safari. Is there any fix yet?

As files are children of a page, I consider them part of the page and I would assume that they cannot be changed, especially not deleted when I am not...
Well file permissions are (if they are not globally) per file template, aren't they? This does not really help me, if I want to disallow upload and deletion of files...
So, as this was automatically closed as "not planned", while it is apparently planned according to @bastianallgeier, should this be re-opened. Or is there already another issue for it?
