Bring back the Java command option

Option to generate a command that spawns in all of the item frames on a wall. Useful configuration includes orientation (including floor/ceiling), width/height, and maps used. Should probably be Fixed. Ideally, you should get an easy, almost-automatic one after importing a split image. Otherwise, you should be able to select one or more existing maps, and create one from there.
