Add pagination for transaction view controller.

Add support for pagination of the user transactions. User should have infinite scroll.

@kanishkatn hello thx for contributing. Now in the latest version of the app we disable test network option. But in this case one way for test this functionality is to add address of the active exchange to watch wallet type. For example 0x742d35Cc6634C0532925a3b844Bc454e4438f44e or 0xfE9e8709d3215310075d67E3ed32A380CCf451C8
