Automate bump version in other repositories

After release created, update go-primitives version in backend-assets, backend, backend-devices, backend-wallets from Github Actions (create a PR in this repos).

This will be the first stage of automation, which can be extended further as described here https://github.com/trustwallet/go-primitives/issues/57 For the moment releases will be created manually, then we will automate to take the changed config from wallet-core and create PR in the go-primitives
