You have to turn on the "Less secure app access" in your google account's security settings. That way it will accept the password.

In my case it was due to a 2FA requirement in my Linux mail server, which given this was for a class lab, I didn't mind turning it off. After I did that, then I stopped getting that message. Apparently that program can't handle 2FA currently.

Hello, i registred in proton.me, but how can i use it, there are only two options

1. Use a gmail Account for your email attack.
2. Use your own server or open relay

when i try option one, and type proton mail in the end it's telling me wrong password

update the setoolkit configuration... how ever there are other tools you can use for that

i guess you tried with gmail... use another SMTP service. try sendinblue or smtp2go sign up and you will get the smtp details to use
