solved some wierd windows to linux char encoding thing with the make_all.sh file not running on wsl.

Error as follows: ./make_all.sh: line 2: $'ls\r': command not found ./make_all.sh: line 3: cd: $'src/Remote\r': No such file or directory ./make_all.sh: line 27: syntax error: unexpected end of file
