Improve header From domain parsing

This PR aims to address the problem mentioned on Issue #72

As addition to the above use case under the problem "Quoted Comma in the From header”, I have filled https://github.com/trusteddomainproject/OpenDMARC/pull/93 . It does accept emails, when the From: address contains qouted comma and opendmarc is told to reject emails with more than one addressese in the From: header.

These are just too much commits for such a change. The develop branch was updated to handle this or similar error. Please verify, if that fixes your case. If this is the case please submit only the additional test case.
