Moving non GS windows to workspaces broken

When I use the sub menu to the Window menu for non-GS apps to move them to other workspaces, always the active window is moved, even if the menu in which I click on this does not belong to it.

This may be caused by a deeper problem, app menus shown for applications that do not have the focus.
