Reuse Haiku toolchain

Currently copy_objects.sh builds a copy of the Haiku toolchain from scratch. It might be desirable to fetch those from https://github.com/haiku/haiku-toolchains-ubuntu, at least for the CI builds, to significantly speed up builds.
