Patch for Wuthering Waves Branch 2.4++

Hi, thanks for your work!

Recently Wuthering Waves updated their .pak files again and it broke the branch. I think they changed from oodle with no encryption to zlib with encryption.

seems like only first 2048 bytes are encrypted with Aes, most files works with this fix, but few still fails
