Deleting mod profiles should require a confirmation dialogue

It's easy to accidentally delete your 100+ mods profile by accident and find that there's no way to recover it. We can:

  • Add a delete confirmation dialogue for deleting profiles, and/or
  • Dump the "removed" profile to some profiles removed archive file
