chloroplethr will not install using R 4.1

Using Rstudio in Ubuntu 20.04. I already have devtools and stringr loaded.

Tried all these to no avail install_github('arilamstein/[email protected]') install_github('choroplethr', 'trulia') install.packages("choroplethr")
