Ability to specify fields for Elastic Search

Right now, trufflehog expects the input to be in the following format: @timestamp, the message. It would be nice to have the ability to specify field names via CLI.

I also can't find any mentions of the input format in the readme or documentation. Perhaps, I'm missing something.
