This P)R is a part of implementing NEP-057: Update Tagging

Instead of choosing a “train” (e.g., Angelfish-BETA or Bluefin-RC) as they did before, users now select an “update profile” (e.g., tester, conservative, or mission-critical). On the update server, we map each update profile to a train so we can decide when a given release is mature enough to satisfy the selected profile.
