This PR updates the GeneralSettingsScreen.md article with new screenshots and content for 25.10. It also updates the Contributing/IssueReporting/JiraIssueReporting.md article by moving the TrueNAS debug file information above the CORE instructions, and adding headings to make finding/identifying this content easier.
Minor changes made to the CreateDebugSCALE.md and CreateDebugCORE.md snippets. SCALE content changed to reflect 25.10 UI change for the Debug option.
New compressed screenshots added to both the System/GeneralSettings/_index.md and System/GereralSettingsScreens.md articles.
