This PR updates the Private Datasets tutorials with new screenshots, corrected instructions, removes outdated legacy home share instructions, clarifies the difference between home share and home directories, and reorganizes the flow of the content for greater clarity. It also updates the ManageUsers.md tutorial and AddingAUser.md snippet, moving content from ManageUser.md to the snippet that was only used in one article, but is now used in bot the ManageUser.md and SMBPrivateDatasetShare.md articles.
