PD-1403 / 25.04 / Pd 1403 remove core and true command from master (25.04)

This PR removes the TrueCommand content, images, and snippet files.

Also removes the CORE content, images not used in SCALE articles and snippets, and snippets.

We've gone a different direction with this effort and the content will need to remain online while redirect options are put in place and have time to cement.
