Update datasets tutorials master

This commit backports 24.04 updates the tutorials in the Datasets section to Master

Permissions and Encryption articles are updated with new procedures to replace outdated instructions.

trueimage shortcode replaces other markdown image links where necessary. A few screenshots are also updated with current screens.
