Updates to Datasets Tutorials - 24.04

This commit updates the tutorials in the Datasets section.

Permissions and Encryption articles are updated with new procedures to replace outdated instructions.

trueimage shortcode replaces other markdown image links where necessary. A few screenshots are also updated with current screens.

These changes will be backported to Master in a separate PR.
