I'm going to close this, as they don't update their software and hence it's a security risk (last docker push was a year ago).
Why? depricated/outdated/unsafe/commercial Apps are not a project priority and hence App requests for those get closed. App requests are primarily a way of showing where the core project team is aiming towards.
However: If someone does submit a PR for this, it would still get reviewed fairly. Closing this does not mean we won't allow it, just that it is not in-line with the project focus at the moment.

I'm going to reopen, but want to highlight that it's only for community PR's. No maintainer is planning to work on this any time soon.

There is a zfs supported img now (latest-zfs). Only hiccup is passing through zfs device. Can do so with volume mapping and setting container privileges. See here: https://www.truenas.com/community/threads/urbackup-on-scale-custom-settings-install.98396/
Without anyone working on it, its not super relevant tbh.
Our device mount option should work though..
We've decided to not-accept issues for chart requests anymore, because the vast majority of the issue tracker if flooded with them and we don't (and never have) actually plan to do anything with chart requests as maintainers.
