[Add]: MusicBrainz Mirror Server

Short description of the app

MusicBrainz used to be listed on a legacy TrueCharts list as an in progress Add but it appears the legacy lists have been removed in favor of keeping everything in one place on Github. I can no longer find any references to MusicBrainz anywhere on github, the website, or Discord. So I am opening this in order to track progress or at least discover the blockers which resulted in it still not being added.

The MusicBrainz Server is an open source software application that is written in Perl with web pages constructed using Catalyst and Template Toolkit. The MusicBrainz Server provides the primary interface to the MusicBrainz Database by providing a website for users to browse and edit the data on, and a web service to power client applications like MusicBrainz Picard. The server can be accessed at http://musicbrainz.org/ or alternatively you may setup and run your own server.

It can be used to:

• Replicate the MusicBrainz website/web service/database,
• Test your own app that queries MusicBrainz web service,
• Develop MusicBrainz Server itself.
